Will I be able to process payments online and offline?

Processing payments while offline is a HUGE help! Imagine if the phones, electricity, or the internet went down (Heaven Forbid!) You will want to know that your transactions are being taken securely during an outage and that you would’t need to do any manual labor at the end of the day. PayJax systems handle these types of normal interruptions with ease.

Is there an early termination fee?

One client we recently helped had to wait 6 months to switch to us because his contract termination fee was so high, it just didn’t make sense to switch before the contract was up! (Thankfully this story has a happy ending!)

Since PayJax doesn’t have a contract, we don’t have a termination fee! How sweet is that?

Do you offer next day funding?

Will I own the equipment or lease?

It is better to own than rent, that is what my mother always told me anyway, and it is SO true! (Don’t tell her I said so!) PayJax has straightforward pricing on equipment and installation.

How long is the contract?

Some card processors will lock you into multi-month or multi-year contracts! Gross! PayJax would never hold you hostage in an impossible contract. We strictly bill month-to-month and make it easy for you to evaluate your needs often.

What type of payment structure do you provide?

Flat rate? Interchange Plus? Tiered?

It can be very confusing when it comes to these terms. It took us a while to sort it out too! Merchant services will come with one of these three pricing stuctures:

While Tiered services can be the easiest to understand, it can often be the most costly.

Flat Rates are not always the best for large volume swipers. They can charge you more than you think.
